Common questions

• What is the MP3 Vault? When you have recieved your album, either buying the MP3 or CD version from either this store or through nxr.ca you will receive a username and password. Use this to access the MP3 Vault which contains new, unreleased and exclusive MP3s by Mojib. All future MP3s will be in the Vault and the free files in the MP3 section of mojib.net will be deleted.
• I don't have PayPal, can I still buy the album? Paypal is very secure to use, it doesn't take long to register your information and they accept all major credit cards. We are only accept PayPal at this moment. There are other stores selling the album, check CD Baby for more information.
• I bought my album in a record shop/digital download store such as iTunes, why can't I access the MP3 Vault? You can only get access to the Vault if you buy the album on this site or nxr.ca
• I haven't received my email with the download ticket for the MP3s, why? It can can take up to 24 hours after the transaction is complete before you receive your email. Make sure to check your spam folder and look for an email from sales@mojib.net. If you still haven't received an email and it's been 24 hours, please email sales@mojib.net and we will look into it.
• I haven't received my login information to the Vault when I bought the CD version, why? Non-Existent Recordings handle the CD sales and are manually sending out login information to the buyers, it might take some time if they are busy. Make sure you email label@nxr.ca if you have waited longer then 48 hours.
• Why buy MP3s when you can download them for free? You support any future Mojib projects... Without any album sales it will be impossible to do a second album or keep the site online. Plus we try and give something back to those of you who actually pay for the music by giving them access to the MP3 Vault server.
